Title: Cannot print some pages

Hello

Hello,

I am not sure whether any one else has the same printing problem I have.

For example, the book's page 18, 19, 40 etc (not the PDF file's page number) cannot be printed. Adobe reader always pop up an error message. There are more pages like this.

I got this version of book one around December 14.

Any ideas?

I'm not in a hurry to print every page out, just curious.

Sorry for that. A new copy of the file has been sent to you. You can try this copy. Let me know if somehing is still wrong.

Title: Acrobat Reader version 8 issue

Thank you for emailing me a new version.

With Acrobat reader version 8 on my Windows Vista machine, I still cannot print some pages.

But this time I copied the new file to a different computer that has Acrobat Reader 6. This time Acrobat complained about some fonts cannot be downloaded, but it can still print out almost all the 20 or so pages I tried today.
